Gymnastic Meet

Tatum had her very first gymnastic meet tonight. It was inter squad only, which means its just her team competing against each other before the bigger meets against other teams. She did so good.... she got 4th place in 2 events and 3rd in 2 events. She was so nervous today when she got home from school so I wasn't sure how she would do.... but the butterflies didn't seem to bother her when it was her turn!!! Way to go Tater Tot... We love you and are very Proud.

Family Day

This morning we got up and went to church and then out for lunch with some friends. The girls swam for a while with their cousin Tyler. Tatum and I went grocery shopping.... boy that was desperately needed (our house looked like "Old Mother Hubbards Cubbards"!!!!). Tad did a little bit of yard work and then we all play WII. We went up to the school early evening and took the dogs to run around while Taylor practiced her pitching. Tad thought he would try and hit off her.... YA RIGHT :) It was a nice family day.... but now its time for showers and bed..... tomorrow is MONDAY..... but we have next weekend to look forward to... we are heading up to Showlow to visit my parents for the Labor Day weekend (yeah cool weather here we come) :)

Another week is already over......

I just don't know where the week has gone..... maybe it just flies by because we are so busy. Taylor found out Thursday she did not make the Volleyball team. :( but she is totally fine with it... its probably a good thing anyway.... she would have had long long days and weeks if she had to do both volleyball at 6:00 am and then softball from 6:00 - 8:30 pm. Taylor is NOT a morning person so I would of had to deal with that for 6 weeks :0 Anyway we were still proud of her for trying her hardest!!!

Today we have just been hanging out by the pool... it is very HOT today. Tad had to go to work at 2:00 so the girls and I are just swimming and doing the slip and slide.

The Hustle Begins....

Well its only the 2nd week of school and the Hustle begins.... Taylor had open gym yesterday (she is trying out for the volleyball team at her school) from 3:00 - 5:00, from their she had to get across town to her softball practice for her Club team then get home at 9:00 to finish up homework. Today she has open gym again then straight to batting practice, while she is there I leave and get Tatum to gymnastics, head back to the high school to get Taylor where she will come home and do homework. Now Tori will get thrown into the mix when her practices start up next Wednesday and who knows where they will be.... need a gas pump in my own back yard with all the gas I am going through :(

Back to School

The girls went back to school today and part of me is glad... they need some separation time from each other... and then part is oh my gosh where did the time go???? They are growing up way too fast... Tori went into 4th grade, Tatum 6th and Taylor 8th grade.

Taylor is all finished up with Physical Therapy and ready to play softball again. She was out for 8 weeks and she can't wait to play. Tori will start softball in September and Tatum is still currently involved in gymnastics. Now that school and all sports are started we will be busy again getting homework done, getting to practices and starting games.

Good Morning Arizona

Today we were up at 4:00 am heading out the door to the Pointe Squaw Peak where Good Morning Arizona was broadcasting from with Brad Perry. The kids were in 7 different segments on the news from 5:00 to 9:00 am. They all had a fun time with Brad as he messed around with them in between takes.

Tori didn't even get home and she was asleep in the car and again right away at home. I was tired myself and took and a little nap. Well the early morning will get them ready for school mornings I guess. :)

Big LOSERS

Yea Tad and I are BIG LOSERS alright. We went to Laughlin for the weekend and we made several deposits into the casino :( We werent' the only LOSERS, Terry and Noelle were in the same boat..... but at least 3 of ladies in our group did win and not just nickles and pennies they won big $1800.00 BIG.... bitches :) haha
Anyway we were losers but we had a Great time.
