Last day in Brisbane

It was a bittersweet day.  We have had such a great 12 days in Australia seeing some amazing things and playing some great softball, but it was nice to know we leave tomorrow.  I miss the rest of my family and just being home.

Today we headed to the Wildlife Sanctuary (zoo).  It was great seeing all the different animals we don't have in our zoos.  The Koalas are so cute.  Taylor got to hold one.. he grabbed on just like a baby.   The kangaroos are in an area where we could feed and pet them.  There were so many of them.  

After our great time at the Sanctuary we headed to lunch and then to the beach for the awards from the Down Under Challenge.

We had an amazing time.  Its a trip we will never forget and many friendships that we will treasure.
