Happy Thanksgiving

What a great day and with so much to be Thankful for. We had a very busy but restful 4 day weekend. We started it off by going to a Thanksgiving Eve get together at friends house... Thursday we headed out to Fountain Hills to Aunt Lindels for a huge feast. Richelle and I sang songs (ones we made up) and of course we sound awesome.. NOT! We headed to my brothers house after for more dessert and a washer tourny and some cards. Friday we spent the day putting up our Christmas decorations and then went and saw Burlesque. Saturday after sleeping in again :) we went to lunch and then Dave and Busters for some arcade fun. Did a little shopping and then Tad and I went out with some friends to West Gate. Sunday was a very lazy day!! In the afternoon I took the girls out to get some pictures taken and then met my parents at Glendale Glitters then dinner. We had such a great 4 days off... now its time to let the chaos begin with lots of shopping, baking, softball etc.....

My little buddy

I have a new little buddy.... Her name is Kaitlin. She is the coaches daughter on Tori's team and she just latches on to me as soon as I get to a practice or a game.... although if Taylor or Tatum is there she seems to want any of us... Taylor probably being the favorite if she is there.

OMG.....

Okay can we say chaos.... All three girls had something going on this weekend and it all ended up at the same time. Thank God Tad was able to get out of going out of town for work. Taylor played Saturday exact same time Tori played so I was at Toris games while Tad was watching Taylor. We are texting each other back and forth how each of the girls are doing... Taylor hits outstanding and hits the fence of course I wasn't at that game. Tori hits a triple and makes 2 great plays at second base and of course Tad couldn't see that... it sucks missing the other one play. Sunday we added Tatum into the mix. Taylor played and I went to her game...she only had 2 games and then we raced home picked up Tatum... I braided her hair and then raced to Chandler. Tad was at Toris game and they were playing so good they made it to the championship game which we both missed. He raced to watch Tatums meet and we were getting text messages from the coach that they WON the tournament and WE were not there to see it. Tori was very understanding that we were not there.. but it still sucks. Tatum did great at her meet.. the best she has done.... We are thankful we were there as she only competes a few times a year.

Happy Halloween

Its never the same when Halloween is on a night when the kids have school the next day. Halloween should land on the last Saturday of the month... anyway it didn't feel like Halloween either... it wasn't cold and its the first year I didn't go out and buy costumes. Tori and Codi were suppose to be donuts but the paint was peeling off and making a big mess. So Cari grabbed a couple of Craigs old high school jersey and they went as football players. Tatum started out as a nerd but ended up just wearing a Cardinals jersey from her Cousin Cody. Taylor couldn't make up her mind if she wanted to even go... she did ... she didn't... she did .... then she didn't... last I knew she wasnt even going. But a bunch of her friends decided to go so she just threw something together and ended up as her Math teacher.

Halloween Invitational Meet

Tatum had her first meet this fall and she did pretty good. She is getting better and better on her routines and each time her scores improve.
Great job Tatum... we are very proud of you!

Homecoming

Seems like it was just yesterday and Taylor was going to her first homecoming as a Freshman and its already been a year and here she is again.
