Another HOT weekend.. ugghhh

Tori played in another tournament this weekend and they made it to the championship game. They fell short and got 2nd place but they played great ball. This new 12u team is such a great group of girls and they can play some ball :) Taylor was asked to play on a 18U team this weekend and after not pitching in 2 months did such a good job. This team Synergy, place 3rd, the team kept asking her to come play for them, she would just smile. We did get a nice letter from the coach thanking her for playing and if her current team doesn't work out she has a spot with them. It is so nice to hear good things about the girls :) Tad was at Taylors game and I was at Toris texting how each of them did... I hate not being able to watch each of them and its going to get worse. In a few weeks they all 3 have an event the same weekend... glad my parents are back from up north, they can be there to support one of them while Tad is at one and I am at one, then we can all switch the next day :))

And it all begins....

Not only was it a busy weekend it was HOT. We had a golf tournament, softball and a gym meet all to get to in this record breaking HEAT. Early mornings, shuffling the girls, and sweating our butts off! Tatum got her first 9.0 on Beam... she did outstanding and this was her first 1st place event! So proud of her. Tori's team finished 3rd in their tournament.. they played two 14U teams and beat them both!! Way to go Lil Saints. Taylor didn't have a tournament just practice... her first games are the first of October. I don't think we will have a free weekend until Thanksgiving. Its very busy and very hectic at times but it is so much fun and wouldn't trade it for the world. Love my girls!!!!

Labor Day Weekend Camping

It was so nice to get out of the Heat this weekend! We headed up to Hutch Mountain on Friday morning to find NO camping spots available... we drove all over the area for an hour searching for a spot... well we ended up farther down this dirt road then we like to go but it was a GREAT spot after all the seaching.
